What data and why

  • Contact forms: name, email and whatever you choose to tell us (task, tools, place, date, message). Used only to reply to you and, if you're interested, to prepare a proposal.
  • WhatsApp: if you message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
  • Usage statistics: which pages are visited, approximate country and city, mobile or desktop, and actions such as tapping the WhatsApp button or using the calculator. We use no cookies and do not identify visitors; data is aggregated and anonymous.

Your consent when you send a form, and the legitimate interest in understanding, anonymously, how the website is used in order to improve it.

How long it is kept

Contact data, for as long as there is a business relationship or until you ask for it to be deleted, and at most 2 years after the last contact. Anonymous statistics, at most 2 years.

Who else has access

Providers that deliver the technical service under data processing agreements: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database, servers in the European Union) and Google (email). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw your consent, by writing to alonsomelero.juan@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
